Lawyer

A lawyer since 1999, Xavier Skowron-Gálvez founded his own firm to serve a clientele of established companies and investors, operating in a national, European, and international context. He specializes primarily in legal counsel for the development and protection of businesses between Latin America and Europe.

His academic background (Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Paris V – Descartes University) and practical experience (particularly in Anglo-Saxon law firms), along with extensive experience in advising on and litigating matters related to Commercial Law (contracts, trademarks, international trade, competition) and Labor Law, have enabled him to acquire solid professional expertise in these areas.

He holds both French and Spanish nationality and is trilingual in French, Spanish, and English.
