The fees

This issue is openly discussed with the client at the beginning of the case.

For example:

▪ A fixed fee based on the time spent on the case;

▪ A lump sum fee per procedure or consultation;

▪ A lump sum fee combined with a contingency fee…

♦ There are various ways to set performance-based fees:

▪ A fixed percentage of the total amount obtained;

▪ A progressive percentage based on the amounts obtained;

▪ A percentage based on the savings achieved;

▪ A percentage based on the timeframe for achieving the expected result…

♦ Transparency in our services:

Regardless of the fee determination method(s), all our services are detailed in a timesheet, indicating the corresponding fee amount according to an hourly rate.

Even if the case is not, or only partially, billable on an hourly rate, the client will receive regular reports on our services. This will keep them informed of the progress of their case and the work performed.
